Boeing and Spirit AeroSystems have entered into a definitive agreement for the former to purchase the latter in an all-stock transaction, which would value the major Boeing supplier at $37.25 per share. At the same time, Airbus and Spirit AeroSystems entered into a separate agreement for the latter to divest its Airbus-related sites.
