Millicom and AWS commit to continued cloud service cooperation

Service provider Ooredoo says it has entered into a partnership with Qatar Airways to embark on what is described as a large-scale cloud adoption journey.

Hot on the heels of similar announcements in Indonesia and Thailand, Microsoft announced an even bigger deal in Malaysia on Thursday, pledging to invest US$2.2 billion over the next four years in new cloud and AI infrastructure in the country.

Genesys, described as a global cloud leader in AI-powered experience orchestration, has announced that it has secured a Unified License Virtual Network Operator (UL VNO) licence in India, obtained under Department of Telecommunications (DoT) guidelines.
