NEW YORK ––In its mission to improve accessibility in the New York City subway system, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) today announced it plans to apply for federal funding to advance a package of accessibility projects in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) at five stations.
