Since emerging from financial administration in November 2020, Virgin Australia has quietly gone about bringing the shell of an airline back to life while at the same time introducing new systems, products, people and technology, including the Boeing 737 MAX 8s that are now a regular sight around the country. One such innovation is the airline's new baggage-tracking tool, piloted in May 2023 and now available across the entire international and domestic network.
