What’s really in Jacinta Allan’s Youth Justice Bill?

Not tougher sentencing – this Bill weakens it.

Not more accountability – this Bill reduces it.

But it will establish a separate “Aboriginal-controlled justice system” in Victoria.

So much for equality before the law.
