The Australian Labor Party has a conflict of interest and cannot investigate the CFMEU

The Australian Labor Party has a unquestionable conflict of interest when it comes to the CFMEU and more so in Victoria where rail and road projects costs $billions more than any other state in the nation.

The $1.86 billion Forrestfield-Airport Link project has delivered a new rail service to the eastern suburbs of Perth – with three new stations at Redcliffe, Airport Central and High Wycombe. The Melbourne Airport link being built above ground is 7 x the cost off the airport link in Perth which is built underground.

The Melbourne Airport Rail Link is now priced at $12b probably more when it is finished and over a similar distance. How can this be?

How much of the difference will find its way back to the ALP somewhere?

How can a political party who receives donations from a corrupt union (a receipent of the proceeds of crime) possibly be tasked with investgating that behaviour?
