Labor-linked judge in government sights to take over CFMEU

A judge being considered to lead the clean-up of the scandal-plagued CFMEU once ran as a Labor candidate and has a long history of representing trade unions in legal disputes.

This is usually now disputes in Australia are handled. Less than arms length or friendly to the party resources are installed to ensure a clean and minimised review of the issues with a glowing report with some changes at the end.

It reminds me of the Banking royal Commission. Not a single person went to jail from corporate land despite $billions being stolen from customers.

Robo Debt, no one has been found responsibile or really faced any penalties.

No one from the CFMEU or the ALP will ever be found responsible and the political spin doctors will be out and about “nothing to see here”.

Any links to the Labor Government will not be revealed or hidden and Jacinta Allan and Daniel Andrews will be found to have done nothing wrong just like the failed covid isolation programme in Vicrtoria a travesty of failure resulting in over 800 deaths.

    1. It end when people are more mindful on the background of those people seeking the role……

If people put more thought and care in their votes as they do with their footy teams players background and their bets and tip and horse races etc. I think the would be a nicer place……

      1. It could also end when Australian’s unlike the Europeans start taking back their own country.
