Scheduled – During off-peak hours (2-5 AM) for the week of the 22nd, we will be conducting equipment software upgrades, physical equipment upgrades, and network modernization.
Transit customers with diverse connectivity will experience only one link at a time going down throughout the week, with no significant service impacts expected.
Transit customers without diverse connectivity will experience a single service outage of up to 10 minutes during this period, but only between 2 AM and 5 AM local time.
The compute network will undergo significant configuration changes and upgrades to both hardware and software, resulting in two separate 15-minute outages during the week between 2 AM and 5 AM local time.
