Shops closing regularly at Southern Cross Railway Station

Arguably our busiest station in Melbourne, at Southern Cross and on the mezzanine floor where FOUR shops in a row have closed.

For lease signs and empty shop fronts, with no signs of new businesses to fill.

Our state is broke, and our businesses are leaving us.

If the trajectory remains the same, what will become of Victoria?

  1. Does not leave a great impression considering there are interstate trains arriving and departing the station with interstate travellers. What would they be thinking?

  2. The councils upped all the rates too, it’s almost like they don’t want businesses in their towns. They do nothing for the rates we pay. It’s all goes on woke agenda. Nothing returned to the businesses or community as a whole.
