SLC appoints new Head of Commercial

SLC has announced the appointment of Jermaine Cunningham as its new Head of Commercial. With a wealth of experience exceeding 15 years in the infrastructure sector and a distinguished background as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Jermaine will be pivotal in advancing SLC’s commercial services and further enhancing client offerings. 

As a rail development and delivery specialist, SLC has been at the forefront of supporting railway projects for over a decade. Their comprehensive range of commercial services serves the entire project lifecycle, including budget estimating, development of innovative procurement and contract strategies, tender development and management, contract and cost management. 

Jermaine brings a wealth of expertise, having successfully managed commercial teams and led contractual matters for notable projects in the rail sector. His previous role at Colas Rail saw him overseeing the commercial aspects of Midland Metro Alliance’s Birmingham Eastside Extension. He has also contributed to high-profile signalling and telecoms projects, including Crossrail and London Managed Stations SISS Project.
