On Tuesday, July 23, Embraer revealed that its new E-Freighter converted aircraft has been officially type certified by the National Civil Aviation Agency of Brazil (ANAC). This aircraft is a passenger aircraft that is fully converted into a cargo aircraft. The Embraer announcement came on the second day of the annual Farnborough International Air Show (FIA). This airshow and aircraft exhibition is one of the largest in the world, and it is held at Farnborough International Airport (FAB) in the United Kingdom. This year, the aviation event is held from July 22 through July 26. Embraer debuted the E-Freighter to the public at the Farnborough Air Show earlier this week.
